Plus shopping is easy, with a small supermarket 3 mins away at Battersea Bridge next to The Royal College of Art.

The building itself is very well maintained, with cleaners attending to the common parts every day except Sunday. It’s Wandsworth, so one of the lowest Council Taxes in Britain, currently around £650 per year.
