This is a single room in my own house to share with me for a friendly non smoking person either a student or employed person. I am not there all the time.

This is a large detached house in a nice location opposite the park. You are to share the whole house and not to stay in a bed bedsitter all the time. There is a lounge with TV and a dining room with six burner range gas cooker until the adjoining kitchen is finished.

Bus 232 stops outside and buses 245 to Golders Green on Northern line and 332 to Kilburn on Jubilee line stop nearby. Alternatively Dollis Hill and Neasden stations on the Jubilee line are about about 13 minutes walk away.

The weekly rent is £95 and includes reasonable use all all the facilities excluding fan heaters but gas for heating is extra above a small weekly allowance for supplying hot water and bathroom heating. Someone who was very careful indeed with the heating could live within that allowance. Obviously I will need a deposit and references to be available.

I also have a larger room as an alternative at £105 per week.
