Kentish Town is situated a 5 min walk from Camden Town Lock, the markets are a great place to spend your days. The local area has all the amenities you can think of including loads of great pubs and many good places to eat out.
The Space
One bedroom apartment in a great location close to a number of stations ( kentish town, kentish town west and Camden town.) very comfortable king size bed and a sofa bed in lounge (sleeps one). Roof terrace which is great for summer. Bath/shower. Xbox, loads of books and dvd's. You can even pick up a guitar if you wanna rock out.
Guest Access
Nothing is off limits. To respect our lovely neighbors I do encourage you turn down any loud music and slow down the partying after 11:00pm in the weekdays and midnight on weekends.
There is plenty of places to carry on partying in Camden (5 minute walk)
Interaction with Guests
Its very possible I wont meet you, I may very occasionally be in the area and come to collect post etc.
The Neighborhood
Closeness to central, markets, lovely bars and pubs, close to hampstead Heath. It really is a very safe and secure area, there are one or two places I would avoid but I go into more detail in the notes you will receive upon arrival
Getting around
It is soooo easy to get around London from Kentish Town. More than 4 buses take you into central London including 3 stations that are within a 5 minute walk or less from the flat.
Kentish Town underground and overground: NORTHERN LINE & NATIONAL RAIL (Includes trains to and from Gatwick airport)
Kentish Town West: London overground (Ginger line)
Camden road: London Overground(Ginger Line)
Chalk Farm, Camden Town and Tuffnel park stations are also within a 15 minute walk.
There is free parking outside the flat on weekends. On weekdays there is a park and pay meter 100 meters from the flat. Rates vary depending on the time of day.
Other Things to Note
The stairs up to the flat can be a little (website hidden) if you have children, prams etc..Please just take care.
