The room is approx 4m square on each level with a window paneled roof. This allows for plenty of natural light, which is maintained throughout the year.
The cost of the room is £750pm all Inc for single occupancy, or £900pm all Inc for a couple. Each room has an earthnet and wifi connection, radiator, skylight windows and multiple sockets. The Warehouse is always warm and cozy and every room is heated, even in the winter months, and is airy and cool in the summer.
The kitchen has a country cottage feel, with lots of wooden attic beams, boasting stunning granite worktops, complete with a large gas range cooker and two sinks.
There are three toilets, two showers and a newly fitted bathroom.
The enormous living room also serves as a working studio space. The whole warehouse is a high ceilinged, open planned space waiting for you to add your creative energy and ideas! We have a cinema projector on the wall for movie nights and plenty of comfy sofas.
You would be living with 11 other creative professionals, including photographers, musicians, animators, carpenters, writers, actors, artists and chefs.
The warehouse is situated in the high cross estate off Fountayne rd, which is a renowned creative community area, fantastic for networking as everyone is very sociable with plenty of creative connections. Parking is also available if you drive and security cameras protect the estate.
The nearest tubes are Seven Sisters (Victoria line) and Tottenham Hale (Victoria line and overground), both a 5-minute walk away in two separate directions and only one stop to Liverpool St! (From totenham hale) plus we are 10-minute walk away to Tottenham South Overground.
Buses are a two-minute walk away, and all go to plenty of fun nearby locations, such as Dalston, Shoreditch, Stoke Newington etc- all of which are max 15-minute bus ride away. There are plenty of local shops, including an organic fair-trade market, a Latin American market and an oriental market- and a huge Tesco!
