I am renting a double room in a lovely, new house. There are 5 rooms in total plus 2 luxurious bathrooms and a kitchen with all new appliances.

Being new, the house is well-insulated, so is very warm and quiet. The decorations and the carpets are all fresh and neutral.

Each bedroom has new furniture: a bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside table.

Outside, there is a garden, a deck and a bike store. There is unlimited free parking on the street.

The house is on a very quiet road less than 5 minutes walk from Abbey Wood station. Trains from Abbey Wood take you into London Bridge, Waterloo and Charing Cross stations. There is also a supermarket and other shops within a 5-minute walk.

The rent is £110 per week. The rent includes all bills including fibre optic broadband. There is a rent deposit of 4 weeks' rent.

The other tenants - 3 girls and a boy - are all professionals.

The owner (me!) is a chartered surveyor with 25 years' experience in property. I manage the house with care and aim to make your time here as comfortable as possible.
