Bookings and numbers of guests:
This is a one bedroom apartment which is furnished with a luxury TV bed equipped to sleep up to two. However we do offer you the flexibility for you to arrive as four guests at no further charge. The sofa may be reclined into bed position sleeping one or two people depending on your preference. If required, a further single futon mattress or cot may be provided for comfort at a surcharge of £10 per night. Four guests is the maximum that can be accommodated.
Our welcome desk is open from 8am to 8pm. If you wish to check-in or check-out out of these hours a fee will be applicable.
Arrivals or departures between 8pm to 10pm or 7am to 8am holds a small £10 fee.
Any arrivals or departures between 10pm to 7am carries a £40 charge.

The flat has no garden but a quiet, green space is available just opposite the flat.
The standard damage deposit is £350 however this may vary according to the length of your stay.
